Basic spa services for luxury spa prices. I had a 90 minute massage that cost $275 ($330 with 20% tip that added automatically at check out). The masseuse was very nice and personable and gave a good massage, however, it was very no frills. There was no calming start or ending, no customization of lotion or oil, no warm props used during the massage, not even anything covering your eyes when you’re face up. It felt just like what you’d expect from a massage envy or similar volume based spa. Their locker rooms are also bare bones just body wash and lotion are provided. It’s not bad it just isn’t what you’d expect for the prices they charge.
